According to the actual situation of Cuijiagou Mine, the ground production system with a production capacity of 2.1 Mt/a was reformed and designed. The design included the process selection, process layout and main equipment selection for the coal storage, coal conveying, raw coal classification, intelligent gangue selection and product coal storage and shipment system of the surface production system in the existing small mine industrial site mainly described to avoid affecting the normal production of the mine and to meet the transformation function of the surface production system, and a practical and highly automated typical design of the production system was proposed. The design of the coal mining system was developed to provide reference for the transformation design of similar coal mining production systems.
