The working principle and structure of pulse bag type dust remover were introduced, the adaptability of dust collector in flue gas treatment of calcium carbide in the enterprise was analyzed, and the corresponding measures to ensure the efficient dust bag type dust collector from the bag, wind speed control, maintenance and other aspects were put forward . Finally, a carbide enterprise in Shanxi was taken as an example, the application practice of pulse bag filter was introduced. Practice showed that pulse bag filter could greatly reduce the smoke concentration of calcium carbide enterprises, and the application effect was good.
