Along with the rapid development of the west development, the demand to water resources of industrial and agricultural production is becoming urgently, and at the same time, all kinds of water conservancy project development and construction have great influence to regional groundwater recharge. Based on the Visual MODFLOW software, combining with Jungar mining area hydrogeological characteristics, this paper predicted and evaluated the groundwater resources change by the completion Wanjiazhai water conservancy hub and Longkou power plant，using groundwater numerical simulation method, and put forward a suitable groundwater mining scheme，provided a basis for reasonable mining groundwater and certain reference for similar conditions of the groundwater numerical model and water resources evaluation.
