With gradually increase to the requirement of mining mechanization of coal industry, at the same time in order to improve the adaptability of coal winning machine work in the coal seam and reliability, this paper drum shearer multi-body dynamic cutting process of cutting part were studied. Through the interaction of shearer drum and coal seam as the research object to cutting part about cutting system dynamics model is established, and its process is a series of simulation analysis, focusing on the no-load cases, under the constant torque load and variable load cases the response analysis of the related research, for the motor mechanical characteristics for coal mining research and improve its service life and reliability, realize high yield and high efficiency mining of coal is of great significance
