Borehole deviation was one of the most important technical problems in mine water control. According to research application of omnibearing borehole inclinometer in inclinometer results of bottom grouting borehole in No.6 coal seam of Liuyi shaft area, the difference between design and actual drilling was contrasted. The results confirmed the important function of inclinometer work in coal mine water prevention and control work. At the same time, the regularity of borehole deflection was summarized, which provided a basis for improving accuracy and efficiency of drilling engineering in the future.
