Computer control technology and relay protection technology were blended fully in?integrated automation system of substation, which better met power supply demands of coal enterprises, achieved safety and reliable power supply, ensured economy and quality of electricity. But there were also some problems with use. Therefore, the problems were analyzed in detail from the concept of automation system and its solutions were proposed.
