Early prediction model of coal spontaneous combustion under variable oxygen environment in Linnancang Mine

8 typical coal samples in Linnancang Mine were selected to artificially simulate coal spontaneous combustion in laboratory, programmed heating experiments were made under anoxic condition and four oxygen concentration conditions of 8 % , 12 % , 14 % and 17 %, which directly generated date of various gas components and made comparative analysis about the data through gas chromatography data processing system. Based on these results, CO2 / CO exponential formal prediction model was built. With the help of SPSS software, t method of calibration was used to make reliability test for it. In variable oxygen environment, the established exponential model was used to fit the rate of CO2 / CO concentration varied with the change of different temperature, and fitting correlation coefficient was high, which illustrated that the exponential function fitting method was viable to be early prediction model of spontaneous combustion .
