Due to the complexity of the chemical process and the characteristics of the operating conditions, in some areas of industrial production, the simulation results of the simulation software cannot be verified, but its advantages are still very obvious. Process simulation can reduce the number of experimental tests, save a lot of money and time, and can solve some problems which are difficult to be measured due to the limitations of experimental technology, which has great practical significance and economic effect.
