The theory and method of purifying air by high speed rotating spraying (dynamic spraying) were studied for finding effective ways to reduce PM2.5, fog and haze pollution. The effects of high speed rotating spraying method on air purification were studied by establishing model and quantitative analysis, and a high speed rotating sprinkler system was designed and the purification experiment was carried out on the basis of the theory. The experimental results show that the efficiency of air purification by high speed rotary spraying is proportional to the speed and the distribution density of the spray liquid column. According to the different values, the air purification efficiency of the high-speed rotating water spraying device is several times or even hundreds of times of the static spraying equipment, and its manufacturing costs are only a few dozen of the existing equipment, or even lower.
