As an important power resource in mining, explosion-proof diesel engine has been an important part of mining machinery. With the improvement of relevant national standards, the harm of exhaust emissions of explosion proof diesel engine to human body is paid attention. Based on this problem, dry cooling, fuel injection electronic control system, EGR, exhaust gas after-treatment, etc. were put forward by analyzing 11 working conditions, the improvement got goof effect after comparison before and after exhaust treatment.
