Based on high gas in wind current of Xiandewang Mine 1720 working face, the overrun of gas was analyzed, the corresponding measures based on high gas and large emission were put forward, the air volume in working face was under control. The practice showed that working face was without gas overrun, safe environment was improved. Working face air volume was 900 m3/min or so, the maximum reached 1 087 m3/min.
