In view of the traditional electric detonator conduction method is inefficient and conduction effect is not obvious, lu mine company adopts electric detonator resistance rapid conduction test, design a set of can once every 20 electric detonator conduction of tool, introduce new electric detonator explosion protection box experiment and demonstration. Results show that the electric detonator all resistance convenient rapid conduction test procedures, safety performance is high, 40 cap per conduction only 4 min, conduction efficiency increased 15 times, saves the skill of 120 per month, realized the full resistance electric detonator conduction detection rate is 100%, effectively avoid the influence caused by product quality problems to safety production.
