Based on rising costs of coal preparation and loss of clean coal caused by higher reagent consumption, flotation technology process was improved by Dongpang coal preparation plant and research reagents were used in every coal mine preparation plant to conduct plenty of small flotation tests and commercial tests, which chose appropriate flotation reagents and flocculent dosage to fine coal properties, decreased production cost of coal dressing and achieved efficient flotation.
