In order to eliminate potential safety hazard of coal mine producing activity in equipment in use, taking practical application of ultrasonic flaw detection technology in axle parts as example, nondestructive testing technology could test internal defect of workpiece effectively without damage based on analysis of its features, applied range and boundedness, which facilitated maintenance of coal mine equipment, prevented occurence of accidents due to defects and greatly reduced risk of coal mining enterprises.
