In order to prevent and control coal dust accident, the comprehensive dust control technology was optimized, coal seam water injection way changed from shallow hole water injection to two-way long hole with water, automatic water curtain switch controlled by infrared automatic switch to manual two-way water curtain switch, combined coal type transfer point should be spray with enclosed transfer point. The result showed that the technology effectively controlled diffusion of coal dust, coal dust of fully mechanized working face, mining face and air return roadway were reduced by 60%， 70% and 55%, with economic benefit 560 360 yuan, ensured the safe and efficient mining.
