水酶法提取油莎豆油的研究

摘要 以豆粕中的含油量为指标,使用单因素等试验方法来改善水酶法提取油莎豆油的工艺条件。结果表明:水酶法的优化条件是使用混合酶(α-淀粉酶∶蛋白酶∶纤维素酶=1∶2∶2 ),粒度尺寸为300 μm,温度为40℃、pH为4。 验证试验得到油莎豆油出油率为25.22%。

Abstract :In this paper,based on the oil content for soybean meal indicators, using the single factor test method to optimize the condition of aqueous enzymatic extraction. The results showed that the best particle size is 300 μm and the best ratio of mix enzymes is 1∶2∶2 ( α-Amylase∶Protease∶Cellulase ) with pH 4 and temperature 40°C. Validation test for oil soybean oil yield efficiency is 25.22%.
