In order to solve some practical problems, such as emissions in fosfomycin synthesis processing, the right ethylene synthesis was researched with (+)-1,2-cis-epoxypropenyl phosphonic acid-(-)-phenylethylamine salt as starting material, DL-phenylethylamine was splitted to turning waste into treasure, and as the basis of re-synthesized fosfomycin sodium product. Taking an annual output of tons of fosfomycin sodium for an example, about thousands of tons of waste emissions can be eliminated, and about 2 000 tons chiral phenylethylamine can be synthesized, thereby producing tens of millions of economic benefits.
