Study on the Control of Groundwater on the Present Geothermal Field in Huaibei Coalfield

On the basis of collecting and summarizing the thermometry data of Huaibei coalfield, the influence of groundwater on geothermal field was analyzed from horizontal flow (in layer) and vertical flow(through layer). The study showed that ground water controls current geothermal field very obviously and the main performance in Huaibei coalfield is in horizontal flow and vertical flow, the influence of vertical flow on geothermal field is mainly in the saltation of thermometry curve, the horizontal flow of groundwater is mainly showing in the accordance of initial water lever of aquifer and the trend of geothermal gradient, which provided important reference for prevention and control work of thermal pollution and the characteristics of deep geothermal field.
