Coal and gas outburst prediction is premise of mine gas major accidents, coal and gas outburst prediction work cannot only rely on single index as distinguishing rule, the corresponding parameter values should be made according to practical exploratory of mine. SPC control chart method is adopted to calculate data sample upper limit, the outburst prediction index on the control limit is quite different from Outburst Prevention Provisions under different mining condition. As the change of drill hole depth, the influence to coal body is different, the critical value set should be different. When using single index to predict danger, the drilling depth prediction indexes with the increase of drilling depth, examining index increases first, when reaches the maximum then reduces. SPC control chart method is used to settle the various drilling depth of single parameter sensitive value, which provides reference for the prediction of danger in time.
