Four assimilation hormones including diethylstilbestrol, danazol, norgestrel and chlormadinone acetate were separed by Micelle Capillary Electrophoresis method（MECC ） mode.The conditions were the buffer solution of 10 mmol/L sodium borate,60 mmol/L SDS,15 mmol/Lβ-CD (pH=7.50), organic additive of containing 5% ACN, capillary of 40 cm×100 μm i.d. （32 cm effective length ）,operating voltage of 6 kV, detection wavelength of 254 nm. The impact of several key factors of the separation were investigated. This method is simple, rapid and high sensitivity, which can be used for animal tissue determination of assimilation hormones.
