There are a lot of waste liquid of alkali residue during the production of soda ash in Tangshan Sanyou Industry Corporation Ltd.. The sudden spray accident was happened in the transferring station for transporting the waste liqulid formⅠ-phase pump station to the transfering station,and the reasons to bury jumping pit to affect production. The defects in the underground pit-style system inⅠ-phase pump station were introduced,the ejection accidents in the outlet of alkali residue pump were analyzed. The reformation plan and operation situation, that is , changing the original underground pit-style pump station into aboveground pump station and distributing the equipment rationally were introduced. After the reformation, the stable production will be ensured.
