Affected by the problems of the operating years and aging equipments, Sanhejian Coal Preparation Plant original jig-flotation process was difficult to meet the current requirements of the coal in Xuzhou. The existing problems of the original preparation process was analyzed, combined with the current development of domestic and foreign heavy medium coal preparation plant, join the heavy media separation to technological transformation was put forward. Practice showed that these parathion of coal preparation plant transformation, the quantity efficiency and the clean coal yield were obviously improved and achieved the desired objective technical transformation of coal preparation plant.
