煤矿粉尘成套防治技术研究与应用

摘要

矿井粉尘是影响煤矿安全生产的重大危害。针对矿井传统防尘工作中存在的问题，提出了“产尘预控、捕捉沉降、封堵监控”的矿井粉尘治理理念，建立了以煤层注水、新型防尘技术装备、降尘新材料与粉尘在线监测监控为主要内容的煤矿综合防尘成套技术体系，并进行了现场应用，实际降尘效果显著，为类似条件下的煤矿粉尘防治工作提供经验借鉴。

Abstract：

Coal mine dust major hazards was the influence of coal mine safety production. Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional mine dust prevention work, the "producing dust precontrol, capturing the subsidence, sealing monitoring" of mine dust control idea was put forward, complete set of technical system of new dust in coal seam affusion technology and equipment, new material and dust on-line monitoring as the main content of coal mine comprehensive dustproof was set up, with remarkable actual dust effect in the field application, which provided experience and reference for the similar conditions of coal mine dust prevention and control.
