In order to meet the requirements of high low positioning hole, coal mine drilling rig frame lifting adjustable oblique new mechanism was designed, the secondary lifting frame lifting oil cylinder was adopted, one-time pitch angle instead of changing the oblique cylinder hinge ear position completed the model, by using the finite element software ANSYS pillar strength, stiffness and stability of the components were analyzed, the results showed that the intensity of a certain reserve, stiffness value was larger without the damage, which was safe and stable.
