In order to solve the 4.2 m soft mask the steel bracket strength limit, when roof pressure or geological change happened, the phenomenon such as brackets squeeze, stack frame, oblique appeared, which brought significant security hidden danger of safety production. Hongyuan Mine tried to adopt ZRY36/45L type flexible hydraulic support mining technique, results showed that after adopting the hydraulic support ensured the safety production of working face, improved production efficiency and promoted the safe and efficient mine construction.
