Sorbitol is a chemical raw material,which is widely used in the food,cosmetic, pharmaceutical and other industries and used as a moisturizing agent, sweetener, preservative, excipient, etc., at the same time,it has nutritional advantages of polyols. At present the production scale sorbitol were gradually expanded,the competition was gradually fiercely at home and abroad. Therefore, improving the quality of products through the improvement of the process and reducing the consumption of raw materials will become the priority among priorities for each manufacturer.The sorbitol was prepared through crystallization, screening and crushing of sorbitol solution,and in the process,the concentration temperature and seed ratio had great influences on the quality of the final product.The optimum temperature and the best ratio were got through the comparison test of temperature and the seed ratio.
