Huangling No.1 Mine 611 fully mechanized mining face was taken as an example,  fully mechanized working face basic roof first weighting mine pressure characteristics were analyzed, considering the change of adjacent tunnel gas content, overlying strata change contrastive analysis of initial mining working face was conducted, which was expected to master similar mine fully mechanized working face roof changing law under same geological conditions.
