Coal under the village in Zhaopo Mine was large, considering mine production and long-term planning, the mining plan without or little influence on ground houses was settled. According to the regional geological mining conditions and the basic rules of surface subsidence, the basic characteristics of surface movement deformation was analyzed, the 4 coal seam 12下, 14, 16, 17 reasonably surface movement deformation parameters were studied, and coal under the village mining basic approach was analyzed, the mining plan and technical measures were settled. By using numerical simulation analysis and comprehensive analysis of mining method, 4 coal seam 12下, 14, 16, 17 band mining project reasonable working face mining width were designed.
