The technology of making nitrate of S-based compound fertilizer in prilling tower granulation by liquid chromatography method was based on the two liquid materials could be safely and evenly mixed,pH value could be adjusted, and rapid cooling granulation could be realized,solved the traditional production technology shortcomings of complex process, high production cost, material mixing unevenly, many impurities, pollution of the operating environment, and could not be used as a high-end fertilizer. Using the granulation technology in prilling tower,the high-end fertilizer could be maked, production costs could be reduced, product quality could be improved.The technology had industry demonstration effect.
