The affecting factors of the extraction factors of ACN- BD (acetonitrile -butadiene) device were analyzed.Some new technical ways to improve the BD extraction rate were provided, such as controlling C5 in raw material , optimizating the process parameters and controlling allylene content at the top of the deallylenizing column etc.The BD extraction rate reached 98% ~ 99%.
