7-ACA is a key intermediate for the synthesis of cephalosporins, the production process of which has been gradually changed from chemical method to enzymatic method.Compared to chemical method, there are more impurities such as protein and pigment in acylation liquid, and the impurities must be removed before crystallization by enzymatic method.Some methods for removing impurities like decarburization, ultrafiltration and extraction were introduced, and the impacts of the impurity removal methods and their various combinations on product quality were compared. As a result, double membrane was the best, which can effiently remove impurities of protein and pitment ,and significantly improve the purity, color level and endomycin.
