Two sets of experimental devices called CE2000 and CS2000 used in  chemical instrument maintenance Man Skills Contest were compared. Using SUPCON’s hardware and software of JX-300XP, level and flow cascade control system based on CE2000 was structured. Using two-step commission and operation method, system commission and operation was completed. Parameter tuning was completed by using trial and error method.
