In order to get reasonable solution to the current dust concentration of shotcrete technology problems, like large dust concentration, poor operation environment and high resilient rate, the labor intensity, sprayed concrete construction technology has been applied in mine roadway construction work under Zhangcun Mine. Through the study of application in roadway drivage, construction method of the wet shotcrete technique solved the underground workers poor working environment, reduced the dust concentration, lowered resilient rate, implemented the excavation and shotcrete, parallel operation, improved quality of shotcrete in the underground roadway and achieved good economic benefits.
