In order to maximize the use of coal resources, coal mining in the process of production, according to the fold, fault and collapse column, various types of geological structure factors and changed the original design of working face, according to the practical geological tectonic situation, divided into small and big face two situations, commonly known as "knife fantasy" face. In view of big and small face jointing problem in the mining face stoping, dismantle and installation of the tail transition frame and roof management, ventilation and gas management, organization and management processes, such as scientific and reasonable construction technology plan formulation were discussed, which guaranteed safe work and provided the experience and reference for mines under similar situation.
