Surrounding rock control of deep mining roadway was one of difficult problem in roadway supporting. Based on the specific engineering project, the mechanism and effect factors of the floor heave in deep soft rock roadway was analyzed, the movements and deformation rules  were revealed around the roadway of which the floor was not supported, the primary support parameters were optimized, the over excavation and grouting-backfilling controlling the floor heave were used. The result of the experiment showed that good effect of floor heave controlling was obtained and the floor heave convergence was small, achieved remarkable economic and social benefits, provided reference for the similar situation.
