The thesis introduced cement plant of Jizhong Energy Corporation, problems that raw material grinding system, low yield, firing system problem such as crust, eggs during  2 500 t/d new dry process cement clinker production line in reaching production adjustment, combined with the production technology and equipment, the reason and problem were analyzed, and the solving measures were put forward.
