Abstract Based on the existing DCS system, advanced control software design was applied to further improve the automation degree of the crude benzene plant combining with the operation characteristics and process control requirements of the crude benzene production process in the coking plant. The stability of the main process parameters was improved and the labor intensity of the post through multi-variable coordination and constraint control were reduced.
