Abstract In order to realize the secondary recovery of residual resources in small coal mines, raw coal is mainly used, mixed with solid waste such as fly ash, granulated blast furnace slag and a small amount of admixture in a certain proportion with water, and processed into a ' no critical flow rate, no dehydration ' paste filling material to fill the goaf of small coal mines. The slump and uniaxial compressive strength of paste filling materials with different proportions were studied by laboratory test method. The crushing particle size of raw coal was determined, and the feasibility of using raw coal and solid waste to prepare paste filling materials was verified.
