With the mine exploitation，causing many aging wasted pit, due to the mining process, low production rate, caused the waste of coal resources, especially the thick coal seam mine high fall method, extraction rate was lower, with coal under construction. Aimed at this situation, promotion and application of "building down" ultra-high water filling materials was made, which had good exemplary role and reference for many coal seam mining, resources exhausted mines, mining technology backwardness and low production rate mines.
