Abstract In order to establish a high-performance liquid chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of the active ingredients of trifoliate orange, clove, incense tree and magnolia officinalis in the prescription of tiaoweidan by using COSMOSIL 5C18-MS-II. (4.6 ID×250 mm, 5μm) Column. The mobile phase was methanol-water with gradient elution. The volume flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 220 nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃, and the injection volume was 10 μL. Results showed that Neohesperidin, eugenol, lignolide, dehydrolignolide, honokiol and magnolol had good linear relationship and good precision, repeatability and stability in their linear range. The average recoveries were 99.27% ~ 100.82% , and RSD were less than 2.0%. The method for the determination of six active components in tiaoweidan is rapid, simple, reproducible and specific, which can be used for the quality control of tiaoweidan.
