Abstract In order to study whether the structure and concealed structure would communicate with the deep aquifer during the mining of the working face with pressure mining, taking Zhaogu No.1 Mine as the research object, the microseism monitoring technology of mine water disaster was used to monitor and warn the mining stage of No.16091 Face. It was captured that during the period of the working face passing through the structure, the crushing near coal seam was intensified, but the number and proportion of deep events did not increase, reflecting that the fracture of the floor did not develop further downward. At the same time, the correlation between fault parameters and the maximum development depth of the event was analyzed to study the influencing factors of fault water conductivity. The results showed that the mining of the working face did not cause the enhancement of structural water conductivity. The fault drop had a greater influence on fault communicating deep flow field than the dip angle.
