Abstract Taking the pneumatic monorail crane bearing vehicle as the research object, the three-dimensional model of the pneumatic monorail crane bearing vehicle is established. Through the finite element pre-processing, the static characteristics of the bearing vehicle are analyzed, and the deformation stress cloud diagram under the load of 10 times the safety factor is obtained, and the location of the dangerous section and the solution are pointed out. In the modal analysis module of ANSYS Workbench, the modal analysis of the bearing vehicle is carried out, and the 1-6 order vibration mode cloud diagram and vibration characteristics of the bearing vehicle are obtained. Compared with the working frequency of the pneumatic monorail crane, it is concluded that resonance will not occur.
