Abstract In the production and operation stage of the coal gasification plant area, not only does it involve a large amount of energy and resource supply, but the process flow is complex. It is also possible to produce various emissions such as wastewater, waste residue, and exhaust gas in the corresponding links. Once not treated properly, it can cause environmental pollution and other problems. Especially in some factory areas, due to defects in existing design and technical configuration, it is easy to encounter adverse situations such as excessive sulfur dioxide in exhaust gas and organic matter in chemical zones that do not meet environmental requirements. Therefore, it is necessary to organically combine exhaust gas circulation and treatment, optimize and improve the function of the combustion system based on integrated technology, enhance the heating capacity of the coal furnace, and save the amount of gas in the furnace as a whole, achieving the "zero emission" goal of desulfurization and purification treatment. The integration technology of waste gas circulation and treatment in coal chemical were plantstudied and discussed.
