| Optimization design analysis of deep washing and recovery process of coarse slime in coal preparation plant |

Abstract Taking the coal preparation plant of Zhenchengdi Coal Mine of Shanxi Xishan Coal and Electricity Co., Ltd.as an example, this paper introduces the optimization design of a deep washing and recovery process of coarse slime. According to the existing coarse slime separation process in Zhenchengdi Coal Preparation Plant, the process optimization design and main equipment selection are reasonably introduced. After confirming that the optimized process and equipment can meet the production needs of the coal preparation plant, the process optimization design is applied to the production practice of the coal preparation plant. According to the practical results, the optimized design of coarse slime deep washing and recovery process has higher economic benefits and product recovery rate. The optimization design of deep washing and recovery process of coarse slime in coal plant can be used as a reference scheme for the optimization of related processes in similar coal preparation plants.
