Abstract In order to solve the problem of single loop power supply of gate valve in underground pump room of Chensilou Coal Mine, the transformation scheme of double loop power supply of gate valve control system is put forward. Taking the north wing-600 pump room of the mine as the research object, the gate valve installed at the outlet of the pump is artificially divided into the pedestrian side and the small well side to form an independent power supply line. KDQ1140-B double power switching control box is applied in the field, and its automatic switching function is used to make the valve electric device and automatic drainage monitoring system have double circuit power supply. Practice has proved that the transformation scheme has a good application effect in each underground pump room, which ensures the safe and stable operation of the main drainage system and improves the production efficiency of the mine. It has reference and promotion significance.
