Abstract Based on the mine in return low concentration gas recovery technology research, using FLUENT software, the physical model and mathematical model were built, based on ceramic honeycomb regenerative oxidation device, methane concentration in diluted gas, the porosity of honeycomb ceramics, blast capacity of diluted gas influencing low concentration gas oxidation effect were studied, the results show that: moderate methane concentrations in diluted gas can get better oxidation effect, large concentration affected the conversion of CH4; the larger the porosity of honeycomb ceramic, the more beneficial to conversion of methane in diluted gas; diluted gas volume had an importance influence on CH4 conversion, wind volume should be moderate, not too big or too small.
