| Application and research progress of silicate modified polyurethane materials |

Abstract Silicate modified polyurethane material is a high-performance flame retardant material composed of organic and inorganic materials, which possesses the mechanical properties of polyurethane materials and the flame retardant properties of inorganic materials. The application and research of silicate modified polyurethane materials were introduced. Silicate modified polyurethane materials are mainly used for underground reinforcement in coal mines, with high strength and excellent flame retardancy. Due to its low price and insensitivity to water, it has gradually been developed for applications such as coal mine filling, tunnel water blocking, and flame retardant building materials in recent years. It is necessary to develop suitable process for materials with specfic improved properties. Finally, prospects were proposed based on application and research status.
