Abstract Based on the research on the performance of the connecting bolt of the rail vehicle in use in the coal mine, this paper determines the corresponding deformation by simulating the working and running state of the rail vehicle in use in the coal mine. According to the intelligent construction requirements of the connecting bolt platform of the rail vehicle in use in the coal mine, the design of the connecting bolt detection platform is carried out from the aspects of system composition and principle and experimental data analysis, which provides a certain research significance for the use of the rail vehicle in use in the coal mine.
