Abstract This paper provides a method for quantitative determination of residual solvents Methyl cyanoacetate in 2,4,5-triamino-6-hydroxypyrimidine sulfate sulfate(Ammonia 2). The testing method of residual solvent ethyl cyanoacetate is studied by gas chromatograph, after adjusting parameters, the testing method is determined. Detector: FID; Carrier gas:Nitrogen; Carrier gas flow rate: 2.0ml/min; Detector temperature: 240 ℃; Range: 1; Separation ratio: 20: 1; Separation degree of Methyl cyanoacetate impurity peak and solvent peak in reference solution is: 37.5; Signal-to-noise: 4. The method is simple, rapid,accurate and sensitive, and can quantitatively detect the content of Methyl cyanoacetate, which provides a guarantee for improving the quality of Folic acid.
