Abstract The geophysical exploration methods commonly used in coal mine collapse column exploration include three-dimensional seismic technology, radio wave tunnel perspective technology and in-seam wave seismic exploration technology. In this paper, from the aspects of detection method, data processing, software development and data interpretation, the physical differences of three-dimensional seism, radio wave tunnel perspective and in-seam wave seism in the process of detecting collapse column were analyzed. The adaptability and effectiveness of collapse column detection methods under complex geological environment conditions were mainly solved, and the methods and data explanation techniques suitable for coal mine collapse column exploration in China were explored and studied. The study strived to have a new breakthrough in the accuracy and uniqueness of detection.
